with the USA in Muslim countries of the Middle East and Africa, suffered terrorism attacks today from those they terrorize. 

I feel sorry for the innocent who are usually at the receiving end of such tragedies.  Wonder if any amongst the dead, dying and severely wounded or otherwise, ever raised their voices against the warmongers in their government who bombed the families, friends and neighbours (innocents again) of the terrorists who have now carried out these horrendous acts in Brussels.
We reap what we sow.  It's that simple. 
It's foolish to keep blaming Muslims and their religion.  Most of us here in the West, without even the excuse of a religion, are bombing millions of Muslims in Muslim lands.

Bomb blasts rocked an international airport and a metro stop in Brussels this morning, killing at least 34 and thrusting Belgium's ties to terrorist plots back into the spotlight.

For years now, a number of terrorist plots in Europe and abroad have connected back to Brussels, the capital of Belgium.

Belgium is a relatively small country, but its capital is home to a well-oiled underground jihadist pipeline that has sent more than 400 fighters to Syria, making the nation Europe’s largest per capita source of fighters to Syria.

Belgian gunmen helped carry out the Paris attacks on November 13. But Belgian involvement in terrorism plots goes back at least as far as the Madrid train attacks in 2004, when one of the suspected terrorists came from the Brussels neighborhood of Molenbeek.

On Friday, the man believed to be the mastermind behind the Paris attacks, Salah Abdeslam, was captured by police in Brussels. He was the last known living suspect in the Paris attacks, though police are now looking for several other men who they believe were closely linked to his operations.

Abdeslam's capture triggered fear that terrorists would launch a retaliatory attack, and indeed officials across the city attempted to prepare for such a likelihood, increasing police presence at the airport and throughout the city’s metro system — where today’s attacks occurred.

But how did Belgium find itself at the center of a burgeoning terrorist network? Here are a few sources of reading to help you get a clearer picture.

This is the man whose country has been ravaged and broken into several pieces and whose citizens sent hither and thither around the world begging for shelter and refuge from the very countries that have brought misery upon them.  This is the leader of Syria, a country torn apart by those we the citizens of the West have voted to power.  Why have they deemed it necessary to wage a proxy war on a secular leader of a secular nation? We can only guess at the answer, although to do so we have to make ourselves go to the very depths of insanity, calumny and  unspeakable hatred, but putting ourselves into those shoes for even a few short minutes can be very depressing.

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad said  that any political idea for resolving the crisis in Syria that isn’t based on eliminating terrorism is a meaningless idea that has no chance of seeing the light; therefore the priority is eliminating terrorism wherever it is found in Syria.

In a speech delivered before heads and members of public organizations, vocational syndicates, and chambers of industry, trade, agriculture and tourism, President al-Assad said that this meeting takes at a time when many matters have become clear and many masks have fallen, exposing lies some sides had wanted the world to believe, and also made refuting the excuses made by those who attacked Syria a a waste of time and effort because this talk is self-evident.

“Because of this, our questions today as Syrians are no longer about those self-evident facts, but rather about the possibilities facing Syria in light of the rapid accelerating of events and the transitioning of the methodical process of destruction carried out by terrorist organizations to unprecedented levels,” he said.

President al-Assad went on saying that this shows the criminal minds of the officials in the states that support terrorism, as well as showing that their previous methods to deceive the Syrian people have failed, and so they increased the scale of savagery of terrorism as their final method to give the Syrians two choices: submit to dictations or be killed.

The President noted that this escalation shows desperation due to the steadfastness of the Syrian people who have withstood a war unseen in modern history, and this steadfastness foiled the plans of Syria’s enemies and threatened the political future of many of those who supported terrorism, particularly after the aftershocks of terrorism have begun to affect innocent people in the countries of those who support terrorism, and therefore can no longer use false pretenses to deceive public opinion.
“For a long time, they said that they support rebels and those who demand freedom and democracy in Syria, but their people have discovered that they are supporting terrorists and that the people are paying the price for their governments’ support for terrorists in Syria,” he said, noting that in the past, the Middle East was supposed to be the one exporting terrorism to the rest of the world, but now there are incubators for terrorism in the west in addition to the ones in the Middle East, particularly in the Arab Gulf, and most recently in Tunisia and Libya.

President al-Assad said that Syria had explained before that terrorism knows no borders and can’t be stops by procedures, denouncements, or announcements, adding “we warned them that the spread of terrorism isn’t stopped by wars or ended by planes. Terrorism is a sick mentality, a twisted creed, and an aberrant practice that emerged and expanded in environments rife with ignorance, backwards thinking, and the stealing of people’s rights and demeaning them,”

The President noted that colonialism was the one that set up those negative elements and nurtured them, adding “how could those who spread the seeds of terrorism combat it?” Those who want to combat terrorism should do it through rational policies based on justice and the respect of peoples’ will and right to determine their future, manage their affairs, and restoring their rights on the basis of spreading knowledge, combating ignorance, improving economy, and raising awareness in the society as well as developing it.”

He said that war should be the last resort, and even when it’s inevitable it should never replace policies and procedures for isolating the elements that produce and nurture terrorism in order to uproot it completely rather than “clip its nails” as they doing now, adding “their short-sightedness made them believe that they will be immune to the fallout of terrorism that is spreading from one place to another in our tumultuous Arab world, whose flames have burned entire countries in an already unstable Middle East. It did not occur to them that it will strike at the heart of the European continent.”
 
President al-Assad went on to say “This does not mean that have learned their lesson; as they still deal with this phenomenon in a hypocritical manner; they call it terrorism when it hits them, and call it revolution, freedom, democracy, and human rights when it hits us. There, its perpetrators are terrorists, and here, they are rebels and moderate opposition. They scream at the top of their voices whenever they are touched by a spark of fire while they fall deathly silent when we are burned by it.”

The President pointed out that that the latest changes on the international arena are genuine, as a new understanding of the situation in Syria has set in, and there is a better understanding of the lies and false allegations related to the situation, adding that positive changes in the West are unstable and not sustainable given that they stem from concerns over the spread of terrorism that has reached their doorstep, and the likelihood that the Middle East, which is Europe’s backyard, might turn into a hotbed of terrorism............

Here's what I had said about Charlie Hebdo on September 19, 2012 when France had decided to close its embassies and

schools in 20 Muslim countries fearing a backlash in those countries after publication of a batch of cartoons showing the plague of  islam insanity.  And, today, I stand by everything I said then. It is becoming more and more apparent that the unbridled immigration of illiterate refugees and immigrants from Muslim countries is the cause of terrorism and loss of personal freedoms, especially the freedom of speech, in Judeo-Christian countries.  Moreover, the damn political correctness from the damn ruling elite is one of the main causes we are in this mess. 

I am feeling sorry for the anguish and survivor guilt the woman who let in the murdering muslim scum must be going through. Hopefully, there's more to that story which will come out later and we will learn that there was nothing she could have done different.

French, world leaders condemn attack at Charlie Hebdo.
 French and world leaders have strongly condemned a shooting at the offices of satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo in which at least 12 people were killed. Thousands turned out across French cities Wednesday night in solidarity with the victims.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack at the Charlie Hebdo weekly, whose caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed have frequently drawn protest from Muslims.

The Paris prosecutor’s office confirmed that 12 people had so far been killed, including four of France’s best-known cartoonists and the magazine’s director, Stéphane Charbonnier (also known as Charb). A further 11 people were reportedly injured, four of them critically.

France has raised its security alert to its highest level and reinforced protective measures at houses of worship, stores, media offices and on public transportation while government officials convened for an emergency meeting.

In a televised address on Wednesday evening, Hollande said the attack was an attack on all of France and on the ideal of freedom of expression. He declared a day of national mourning on Thursday for the victims.

Police said that some 15,000 people had gathered at Place de la République in Paris Wednesday evening in a show of solidarity with the slain and injured journalists. People also flocked to Twitter to show their support online using the #JeSuisCharlie hashtag.

Tens of thousands braved the cold night in other cities across France. The police prefecture estimated that between 13,000 and 15,000 paid homage to the Charlie Hebdo victims in Rennes while another 10,000 turned up in both Toulouse and Lyon, local authorities said.......

Analysis: Blowback from the Syrian jihad has begun.  

As the Obama administration seeks to invest more heavily in training and arming 'vetted, moderate' rebels in Syria's three-year civil war, a conflict that has already claimed over 150,000 lives and drawn the largest-ever concentration of foreign jihadists, the wisdom of this course becomes increasingly questionable. The US' efforts so far have brought neither loyalty to the US, nor victory or even battlefield dominance for the truly moderate rebels, who are outnumbered and outweighed by al Qaeda-linked and other Islamist groups.

Syria has become a de rigeur training ground for jihadists worldwide. Over 2,000 European jihadists alone have gone to Syria to fight, according to a recent European Union estimate. The US' weak attempts to vet, arm, and train purportedly moderate fighting groups have merely fueled an ongoing conflict that shows no signs of abating and is producing a new generation of well-connected foreign fighters who leave the Syrian killing fields to extend the Islamist fight into new battle zones. The result of the continued stalemate between the Assad regime and the rebels is the spawning of a new breed of jihadist cells carrying out a widening array of terrorist activity outside Syria.

Al Qaeda-linked groups, including the official Syrian branch known as the Al Nusrah Front, as well as the Islamic State of Iraq and the Sham (ISIS), are now running training camps in Syria that turn out jihadists capable of mounting attacks against the West. As early as December 2012, Die Welt reported that "Western intelligence operatives say that al Nusrah runs several large training camps in Syria where Islamists with fighting experience - veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan - train new recruits, including Islamists from Western countries."

In late October 2013, Mike Rogers, chairman of the US House Intelligence Committee, warned that al Qaeda allies in Syria were now "talking about conducting external operations, which is exactly what happened in Afghanistan, which led to 9/11." Days later, a senior US administration official said that ISIS is "really a transnational threat network," that poses "[an] increasing threat to our regional partners, and it's an increasing threat to us.".................

......The recent videos from ISIS, Al Nusrah, Muhajireen Army, and Uzbek jihadist training camps are reminiscent of others released by al Qaeda from the network of camps in Afghanistan during the 1990s. Al Qaeda used camps such as Khalden and Al Farouq to churn out thousands of foreign fighters who fought alongside the Taliban in the 55th Arab Brigade. Significantly, al Qaeda also selected graduates of the camps to conduct attacks in the West, including the 9/11 operation against the US. ...............

...........Efforts to track these individuals are sketchy at best, and it would appear that in most cases, the whereabouts of a returning Syrian fighter is not generally known until he or she commits a terrorist act. The problem is exacerbated by the jihadist groups' efforts to obscure the identities of fighters; in December, the Wall Street Journal reported that groups such as the Al Nusrah Front and the ISIS confiscate foreign fighters' passports and reuse them for other purposes; in addition, jihadists' deaths may be faked in order to erase their biometric data from Western databases.

The Long War Journal has noted a number of instances since 2011 in which jihadists, usually in cooperation with al Qaeda-linked groups, have left Syria and established new terrorist networks, recruited more fighters, and carried out attacks. The following list, arranged geographically, is a just a sampling. It does not include Syrian-related jihadist activity in Lebanon, Iraq, or Turkey, which is beyond the scope of this article; nor does it attempt to list every nationality in the Syrian foreign fighter ranks, as jihadists from over 70 countries are now fighting in Syria. The list below merely highlights some of the terrorist activity outside Syria that is being carried out by individuals who have participated in the Syrian jihad...............

...Greece's natural gas distributor DEPA   has clinched a new gas supply deal with Russian energy giant Gazprom, which includes a 15 percent price cut backdated to last July, Greece's energy ministry said on Tuesday.

- A fire broke out at Lukoil's petrochemical plant in the southern Russian city of Budyonnovsk, wounding some, a local Emergency Ministry said on Wednesday.
The Emergency Ministry said the fire broke out after a loss of pressure in the ethylene section of the Stavrolen plant in Russia's southern region of Stavropol. It did not say how many people were injured.
A spokeswoman for Lukoil declined to comment....

...The European Union could extend financial aid to Ukraine to overhaul its gas pipeline network, the bloc's Energy Commissioner Guenther Oettinger said.
Ukraine is an important transit pipeline route for Russian natural gas supplies to Europe and current political tensions there follow the government's decision to spurn a pact with the EU in favour of closer ties with Russia.
"We are prepared to help with the overhaul of the gas pipeline network of Ukraine," Oettinger said. "This involves a high triple digit million euros sum."
Oettinger's comments, confirmed by the European Commission on Friday, were made in an interview with German magazine Focus.
Commission spokeswoman Sabine Berger said the executive was "acting as a facilitator for the international financial institutions to provide the necessary loans" to help modernise Ukraine's ageing infrastructure.
Ukraine stunned the EU by spurning a trade deal in November and President Viktor Yanukovich's decision to side instead with Russia triggered mass protests, which led to his ouster.......

....Russia's Nizhnekamsk Refinery to Halt Gasoline Output After Fire. 
Repairing damage caused by a fire at the gasoline production unit of the Nizhnekamsk refinery will likely take at least two months and probably stop production, Russia's Emergency Ministry and an industry source said on Tuesday.
The Emergency Ministry for the Russian region of Tatarstan said on its website that a fire broke out on Monday at one of the units at the refinery, part of Russian mid-sized oil producer Tatneft.
The fire caused no injuries and was put out the same evening, it said.
An industry source said diesel production was unaffected.
The refinery refined 8.26 million tonnes of oil and produced 579,100 tonnes of gasoline and 2.05 million tonnes of diesel last year, according to the Energy Ministry.
Gasoline from the refinery is consumed domestically.
Production of naphtha, exports of which reached around 1.77 million tonnes last year, was unaffected, the industry source said........

The suicide car bombers are doing quite a bit of damage, aren't they?  Maybe it's about time Canada added more funds to the $5.3 Million already given to the "opposition"  to up the ante and get rid of "dictator" Assad and his regime a bit quicker. Some tweets seem to indicate that more than 5 areas were targeted by suicide bombers all within few minutes of each other.  We will know more on this perhaps a bit later.

What a wonderful world!  Expect our Canadian jihadis to come back (those who were not sent to the 72 virgin corpses) fully graduated with top scores in the art of bomb-making and,  hey ... all is not lost.  Our used car dealerships will do a roaring business getting rid of cars in which our lovable jihadis can house those **boom boom**  making devices.  Lovely!  Don't forget to send those Thank You cards to your MPs.... they love Muslim immigrants.

Syrian TV, chemical inspectors’ hotel targeted  in bomb attacks in Damascus - report.  Multiple bomb blasts have rocked the Syrian capital of Damascus, a mortar attack on Syrian TV among them, reports RT’s correspondent at the scene.
Suicide bombers blew up two booby-trapped cars near the General Organization of Radio and TV in Damascus, state TV reported. 
RT correspondent Paula Slier said that two security guards were confirmed dead in the blasts while two suicide bombers died in their cars. ........

.....The ongoing intractable civil war in Syria  has become a magnet for foreign fighters of every stripe. Unlike previous jihadist battlefields that have drawn foreigners in, however, this has not so far produced a terrorist threat back in the West. This is not same regionally. Across the border in Jordan, a terrorist network with connections to the battlefield has been disrupted, while in Iraq, Lebanon and Turkey, bombs have gone off with return addresses in Syria. The question now preoccupying European policymakers in particular is whether the pipeline of European nationals going to fight on the battlefield in Syria may eventually transform into a similar set of incidents in Europe.

The first thing to understand is how we have seen terrorist threats emanate from battlefields in the past. Historically speaking, jihadi battlefields have produced three types of terrorist threats (with an unknown number choosing to come back return to ordinary lives): directed plots by individuals sent back with instruction; terrorist plots conducted by individuals who decide to carry out attacks without direction; and networks of individuals that provide support and infrastructure for other terrorist plots.

Directed Plots
The archetypal example of this is Mohammed Siddique Khan and Shezhad Tanweer, the pair of young men at the core of the 7 July 2005 attack on London's transport system. Khan in particular was a regular to fighting and training abroad, and made at least three known trips to join with extremist groups with whom he conducted some sort of training, in both Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Initially drawn to the battlefield by mythology around Kashmir, he seems to have quickly moved into preferring the Afghan struggle and ultimately believing that he was going to fight and die in Afghanistan. Once there on what he thought would be his final trip in 2004, he was instead re-directed by Al-Qa'ida to return to the UK to launch his infamous terrorist attack.



The clear lesson in foreign fighter terms here was that Khan was drawn initially to the battlefield to fight there, and was then persuaded by groups there to launch an attack back home. The driver of this seems to have largely been the eagerness of the group on the ground, Al-Qa'ida, to strike the West. The arrival of British passport holders seeking to support the cause was a gift to the group that they were able to transform into a tool to conduct a successful operation. The 7 July  cell may have been the only ones to have succeeded, but a number of other plots have been detected that bear similar hallmarks.

Self-Started Plots
Security officials on both sides of the Atlantic have spoken of concern about the growth of lone wolf or small cell terror plots. Usually involving single individuals or tight-knit units of individuals who demonstrate no direction from either Al-Qa'ida or one of its affiliates, expressions of this threat can be found in recent incidents in Boston, Paris, Toulouse, and Woolwich.

In some of these cases, a trace connection can be found to a known terrorist organisation, though there is little evidence of any direction in the choice of targets or other operational specifics. The foreign fighters phenomenon has .......

The gruesome murder yesterday  of a soldier outside London by a Muslim convert, Michael Adebolajo, brings to mind that throat slitting and beheading are Islamically sanctioned forms of execution. Although these occur particularly often in the course of family-related crimes – think, for example, of the case of Aasiya Hassan in suburban Buffalo, N.Y., killed by her husband in 2009, stabbed with two hunting knives more than forty times in the face, back and chest, then beheaded – this monstrous form of violence is also used in non-family instances. Brendan Mess, Erik Weissman, and Raphael Teken - Waltham, Massachusetts, September 2012: throats slit, probably by Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the Boston Marathon bombers.
Hany F. Tawadros and Amgad A. Konds – Jersey City, N.J., February 2013: shot, decapitated, hands severed.
Lee Rigby – Woolwich, England, May 2013: run over by car, mutilated, beheaded.

This gruesome list (to be updated as needed) is only part of the story: other characteristically Muslim crimes taking place in Western countries include honor killings, female genital mutilation, and slave holding. The junk reporting from the rubbish heap of "journalists" ... they deliberately forgot to tell us relevant details

Stockholm's Muslim immigrants are rioting for the 4th night in a row.  When the riots first started,  almost all the numbskulls reporting on the mayhem gave a grossly  stupid  reason for the riots by stating that they were started after police shot and killed a 69 yr old man (who was most probably a Muslim).  Very few reported that the man was brandishing a knife and threatening police and hence was killed by them in self-defence.

Over and above, to prove the total downfall of the kind of breed that make up the reporters of today, none of them until today mentioned  that the 69-yr old knife brandisher had been dead more than a week before the riots started.  This means there is only one conclusion to what's going on in Sweden.  It is a planned terrorist event and the Swedish authorities know it to be so and are covering for the terrorists.

That how much down the rabbit hole of  Islamic delights the EU has gone, dear readers.  Know it and weep for them and for us too ... because we are also almost there.

Sweden should hold the UN responsible for the trash it has been forced to accept or the Swedish people should hold their politicians responsible for giving in to the UN's demands.  Why is the UN off-loading Muslim refugees on Judeo-Christian countries???  The Muslim nations of the Middle East are not only extra large in land mass, they are also extremely rich.  Why not allocate the refugee numbers by 99% to those nations?  Where are the comparisons to show how many of these Muslim troublemakers are exported by the UN to the West and how many or none to the Muslim countries?

According to most of the reports on the riots that took place in Stockholm,  they started because an elderly man was shot by the police.  Why he was shot is found in just one of the articles I read (2nd link below).  Shame on the others for giving an excuse for the riots by constantly stating that the riots started because of  the shooting of an elderly man by the police but refraining from saying why the man was shot.  Our enlightened "journalists" and "reporters" of the Western press !!

Even after all the extensive damage, the Swedish police cowards did not arrest anybody but they "will try to during the day".  Don't you know it?  The Swedish police are afraid of vampires ... the sun gotta come out before they can venture out to catch  ghouls with sharp fangs.  Sheesh !!

YouTube needs competition.  A video that was posted a few hours ago on the riots in Stockholm has been removed by YouTube because "of YouTube's policy prohibiting hate speech."  Laughable, isn't it !!   YouTube is full of thousands of videos showing  imams and Muslims cursing infidels and wishing our death, but a video where probably the poster said something totally mild in the verbage about muslim immigrants is removed !!!

The Local's article below does not say the rioters were Somalis, so how do I know the ethnicity of the rioters?   Read this   and draw the easy conclusions.  But, as if, we needed even that!

Youths rioted in northern Stockholm on Sunday night, setting fire to cars and throwing rocks at police, in what is believed to be a protest against the fatal police shooting of a machete-wielding man in the suburb last week.
"At 10pm we sent out staff to an address in Husby," explained Lars Byström of the Stockholm police to the Dagens Nyheter newspaper.
"My colleagues were met by young people who threw stones at them. It continued with a pair of violent riots and extensive damage."
The riot kicked off when young people set fire to cars in Husby, a suburb in the far north of Stockholm. Witnesses claim at least 100 vehicles in the area were in flames. Another fire was lit in a nearby garage, resulting in the evacuation of the apartment block. Around 50 residents were taken care of and sheltered in buses that were on hand.
The local shopping centre was also vandalized, and three police officers were injured in the fracas. Police estimate that the riots involved somewhere between 50 and 60 youths.
Forty emergency workers from both police and the firefighting service were on hand. 
The protests come in response to a fatal police shooting of a 69-year-old man in Husby last Monday, according to the youth organization Megafonen. The man had been threatening police with a machete before he was shot......
....."We understand that people react like this," Rami Al-Khamisi from Megafonen said in a statement.
Calm was restored to Husby by 5.30am, police did not, however, make any arrests. ......

Ukraine becomes a terrorism target

  Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird     called for "a fair and free" investigation into a series of explosions that rocked the Ukrainian city of Dnipropetrovsk Friday.



“This is a sad situation and our thoughts are with the victims and their families," Baird said in a statement. "Canada condemns these cowardly acts without reservation and supports efforts to bring those responsible to justice swiftly.

“We also strongly encourage the Ukrainian government not to use this unfortunate situation as a pretext to curtail basic freedoms like freedom of expression."

On Saturday, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich promised a swift investigation into the bomb blasts that injured 30 people just weeks ahead of the European soccer championship which Ukraine co-hosts.
