Snowflakes Extraordinaire!

Nothing like Israel and their easily offended members from their extended diaspora all over the world to scream and cry "foul" at just about anything and everything.  Can't these snowflakes see that, that kind of attitude breeds more contempt for themselves and their fellow Jews in general??

From BBC
Israel complains over Dutch TV Eurovision parody

The Israeli embassy in the Netherlands has lodged a complaint over a parody of Israel's Eurovision winner that criticised Israeli policies and prompted accusations of anti-Semitism.

The skit on Netta Barzilai's Toy was broadcast on Saturday during a primetime satirical show.

The parody drew on violence on the Gaza border, where 60 Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces.

The show's producers insist the song did not target the Jewish community....

...Dutch TV Toy parody lyrics

Look at me, I am such a sweet country.

World leaders eat obediently out of my hand. And I put out all fires with a kiss.

We are having a party, wanna come? Soon in the al-Aqsa mosque, which will soon be empty anyway.

From Haifa to the Dead Sea, there are fireworks and kosher satay. So just come and dance with me.

Is your country surrounded by rock throwers? Build walls like Trump himself has wet dreams about.

Throw a buk-a-buk, throw a buk rocket.

Look how nicely I throw bombs.

Yes, again, Israel is winning, Already for 70 years this party has been going on. Look how nice....

On the US Election

Alec Baldwin's sagging career has been given a boost.  Watch the SNL skits below.

From CNN
Donald Trump suggested Saturday that his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, has been "getting pumped up" with performance-enhancing drugs and challenged Clinton to take a drug test before the final debate next week.
Trump argued that Clinton was more energetic during the beginning of their debate last Sunday, but lost her steam by the end of the debate. He offered no evidence to back up his wild claim.

"I think we should take a drug test prior to the debate," Trump said during a rally here. "Because I don't know what's going on with her, but at the beginning of her last debate, she was all pumped up at the beginning, and at the end it was like, huff, take me down. She could barely reach her car.".....

Everything out there about Trump being sexually aggressive towards women, could be the truth and nothing but the truth.  But that won't stop his march to the WH because most Americans have had enough of everybody else.

John Barry, Summer Zervos’ Cousin: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know
The Donald Trump campaign has released a lengthy statement from former Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos’ first cousin in an attempt to discredit her claims that Trump had unwanted sexual contact with her.

The statement by John Barry, identified as Zervos’ first cousin, who is from Mission Viejo, California, contends that Zervos “converted her friends and our family to become Trump supporters even though we’ve never been active in politics before.”

He alleges that Zervos’ attitude toward Trump changed when Trump declined an invite to Summer’s restaurant during the primary. The release comes as the Trump campaign reels from a string of allegations lodged by Zervos and others that Trump subjected them to unwanted physical advances and contact. Trump denies the allegations.

The Trump campaign also released an email purportedly from Zervos to a Trump official, Rhona Graff, in which Zervos allegedly said she would “greatly appreciate reconnecting” and insisting her intentions were “genuine.”

On the wonderful "Offensive Poetry Contest" targeting Erdogan

Makes me happy to know we still have plenty of folks who value freedom of speech.
I have seen some of the most amazingly obscene limericks posted on Twitter.  Many can't be found any more, either because Twitter did the dirty and removed them altogether or they won't surface with a simple search. The more obscene, as the rules mandated, the better they were.
If you are a prude, don't read any further.

Douglas Murray at Spectator
Introducing ‘The President Erdogan Offensive Poetry Competition’ – £1000 prize to be won
Nobody should be surprised that Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has instituted effective blasphemy laws to defend himself from criticism in Turkey.  But many of us had assumed that these lèse-majesté laws would not yet be put in place inside Europe.  At least not until David Cameron succeeds in his long-held ambition to bring Turkey fully into the EU. Yet here we are.  Erdogan’s rule now already extends to Europe.

At the end of last month, during a late-night comedy programme, a young German comedian called Jan Böhmermann included a poem that was rude about Erdogan.  Incidentally the point of Mr Böhmermann’s skit was to highlight the obscenity of Turkey already trying to censor satire in Germany.

What happened next happened in swift order.  First of all the Turks complained to their German counterparts.  Within a few days the programme had been pulled.  A few more days and it was whitewashed out of existence altogether.  In the meantime Mr Böhmermann himself was forced to go under police protection.  The worst blow then came late last week when Chancellor Merkel allowed the prosecution of Mr Böhmermann to go ahead in Germany.  Strangely enough, Chancellor Merkel is currently pretending that the trial of a German comedian in Germany for insulting a foreign despot is a liberal act.  Don’t we all understand, she asks, that the .....

.... I do not want to have to, Vizier-like, proclaim my own poem the winner.  Anyhow, here’s mine:

    Recep Erdogan is the Turk’ll
Never tire of rim-jobs from his circle
    Yet his chief-est delight
    (Now Khilafa’s in sight)
Are the felchings he gets from Frau Merkel

Now purists will notice that I have committed two potential solecisms here.  The first is to rhyme ‘Turk’ll’ with ‘circle’.  It works when read ....

 From BBC
'Insult Turkey's Erdogan' contest set up by Spectator magazine
A UK-based magazine has offered a prize to the author of the most offensive poem about Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who is suing a German comedian over a satirical verse.

The Spectator is offering £1,000, donated by a reader.

It comes after Germany opened the door for a comedian to potentially be prosecuted over a TV broadcast.

Jan Boehmermann had recited a satirical poem on the TV channel ZDF which made sexual references to President Erdogan.

Mr Boehmermann is now under police protection and Angela Merkel's government has approved a criminal inquiry, under a little-used law concerning insults against foreign heads of state.

Mrs Merkel stressed that the courts would have the final word, and it was now up to prosecutors to decide whether to press charges.....

From Spectator  ( A vid at link that's satiric but hugely obscene, but Turks are likely to believe the guy. HAHAHAHAHA)
Nice try President Erdogan, but you can’t prosecute all Europeans who insult you
Well the entries have been flooding in for the ‘Insult Erdogan Poetry Contest’. Thousands and thousands of them in fact, with entries from all over the world. The volume is quite extraordinary, particularly the number that are being submitted in Arabic.

Next week there is going to be a major development as I unveil the international prize jury who are going to help judge the event. I am proud to say that we already have an extraordinary array of international literary stars who are going to help adjudicate what is now the world’s highest paying poetry prize.

But there is one negative development to report too. It appears that President Erdogan’s famously untrustworthy hands are trying to extend as far into Europe as the Netherlands. Indeed the Turkish consulate in Rotterdam has now been caught red-handed, not this time with a goat, but in an attempt to persuade Turkish people in Holland (part of that very well-integrated Turkish-Dutch community) to report anybody in Holland who insults the thin-skinned Turkish President.....

For the time-being Holland has a similar idiotic law to that of Germany, criminalising any derogatory remarks about a foreign head of state, even an unpleasant little despot like Erdogan. Fortunately Dutch MPs are already acting to scrap the law.

But there already appears to be a push to prosecute ....

The Ashley Madison fallout

I find the Ashley Madison story so very entertaining.  Look, if you are not happy with your spouse or partner ... why not get a divorce? And, don't give the excuse of "divorce is not an option"  .... that's pure bullshit and you know it.  Furthermore,  I would urge the hackers going by the name "The Impact Team"  to kindly start looking at the slimy providers of  the late night phone sex businesses.  Bet there's a lot of  dirty laundry stinking to high heavens with those slimeballs too.

The latest news is that the hackers have leaked two names and addresses from the purported 37M users of the cheating site.  One is from Mississauga and the other is from Massachusetts.  Maybe they are starting with the long named places under "M"  .... hahahahha ... yup, I am loving this.

From NewsTalk
Two supposed Ashley Madison profiles leaked,   one listed as Mississauga man
In total, 37-million profiles were hacked on the website for infidelity
............

And, guess which cities have the most cheaters.  And, guess what those cities have in common with others.   LOL !!!
Answer:  Politicians, of course
Slime meets slime .... so fitting!!

From CanadaNews:
Ottawa not the only capital of cheating   on Ashley Madison: ‘It seems to be a bit of a global phenomenon’

Hackers have threatened to release the information of 37 million cheating spouses on the website Ashley Madison and it turns out a lot of them are living in capital cities.

The Canadian-based “married dating” website was attacked by hackers who want the portal to infidelity shut down for good. None of the information has yet been released, and the website’s parent’s company — which also owns Cougarlife.com — was planning to go public later this year. Though the site has apologized for the breach, business reports suggest it can “kiss its IPO goodbye.”

But the fallout may rock more than just the company boardroom: According to the website’s data, political capitals around the world boast an abundance of users...............

.....“It seems to be a bit of a global phenomenon,” Ashley Madison founder and CEO Noel Biderman said in an interview in February. The website, whose tagline is “Life is Short, Have an Affair,” claims the following international capitals are also the top spot for extramarital online activities:

    United States (Washington)
    Greece (Athens)
    Japan (Tokyo)
    Chile (Santiago)
    Germany (Berlin)
    Sweden (Stockholm)
    Finland (Helsinki)
    Norway (Oslo)
    Netherlands (Amsterdam)
    Mexico (Mexico City)
    Italy (Rome)
    Spain (Madrid)
    France (Paris)

.......According to Ashley Madison’s February data, the 10 hottest spots for extra-marital relations in Canada are:

    Ottawa
    Calgary
    Edmonton
    Brampton
    Saskatoon
    London
    Toronto
    Vancouver
    Montreal

Wanna take one of the Rorschach Ink Blot tests?

I don't believe that this stuff can really tell whether you are normal, eccentric or just plain crazy. However, it's fun to see how different people can see different things.  IMO, the more you see in the blots, the more imaginative you are.  What's wrong with that?
Moreover, once you learn how these things work, someone who wants to fool the tester will know the kind of responses to give, just like those spelling tests, etc.

America goes to the shrink

Funny!

Tom Engelhardt writing at HuffingtonPost:
Shrinking the Empire

Doctor: Would you like to tell me why you’re here?

American Empire: Well, Doc, I’m feeling a little off.  To tell you the truth, I’m kind of confused, even a little dizzy some of the time.

Doctor: When did you first experience symptoms of dizziness?

AE: I think it was all the pivoting that did it. First I was pivoting out of Iraq. Then I was pivoting out of Afghanistan. Then I was pivoting to Asia. Then I was secretly pivoting to Africa. Then all of a sudden I was pivoting into Iraq again, and Syria, and Afghanistan, and... well, you get the picture.

Doctor: And this left you...?

AE: Depressed.  But Doc, there’s a little background you need to know about the dizzying nature of my life.  For almost 50 years -- this was in the last century -- I was in the marriage from hell.  My partner, the Soviet Union, was a nightmare.  I mean, we had a brief sunny courtship when we were more or less in love, but that only lasted the length of World War II.  The minute I got home from the front, it was hell, and I’m hardly exaggerating if I tell you that, when we got to fighting, it was scorched Earth all the way.  We regularly threatened to annihilate each other.  It was one of those stormy relationships you could never predict in advance where this planet just isn’t big enough for the two of you.

In our worst moments, I used to fantasize about the Soviet Union being obliterated, simply disappearing from the face of the Earth, but it was a fantasy, nothing more.  Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to be free.  Not in my lifetime.  Then one day as 1990 ended, like some unexpected miracle, it happened.  Poof!  The Soviet Union was gone.  I was alone and the Earth was my playground -- or so it seemed.

Doctor: Do you feel that it went to your head?

AE: It would have gone to anybody’s head.  I mean, people were saying the most complimentary things about me all the time.  They were ................

HAHAHAHAH ... shoe's on the other foot now

Hilarious article from VOX.

How would American media  cover the news from Ferguson, Missouri, if it were happening in just about any other country? How would the world respond differently? Here, to borrow a great idea from Slate's Joshua Keating, is a satirical take on the story you might be reading if Ferguson were in, say, Iraq or Pakistan.

FERGUSON — Chinese and Russian officials are warning of a potential humanitarian crisis in the restive American province of Missouri, where ancient communal tensions have boiled over into full-blown violence.

"We must use all means at our disposal to end the violence and restore calm to the region," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in comments to an emergency United Nations Security Council session on the America crisis.

The crisis began a week ago in Ferguson, a remote Missouri village that has been a hotbed of sectarian tension. State security forces shot and killed an unarmed man, which regional analysts say has angered the local population by surfacing deep-seated sectarian grievances. Regime security forces cracked down brutally on largely peaceful protests, worsening the crisis.

America has been roiled by political instability and protests in recent years, which analysts warn can create fertile ground for extremists.

Missouri, far-removed from the glistening capital city of Washington, is ostensibly ruled by a charismatic but troubled official named Jay Nixon, who has appeared unable to successfully intervene and has resisted efforts at mediation from central government officials. Complicating matters, President Obama is himself a member of the minority sect protesting in Ferguson, which is ruled overwhelmingly by members of America's majority "white people" sect.

Analysts who study the opaque American political system, in which all provinces are granted semi-autonomous self-rule, warned that Nixon may seize the opportunity to move against weakened municipal rulers in Ferguson. Missouri's provincial legislature, a traditional "shura council," is dominated by the opposition faction. Though fears of a military coup remain low, it is still unknown how Nixon's allies within the capital will respond should the crisis continue.

Now, international leaders say they fear the crisis could spread.

"The only lasting solution is reconciliation among American communities and stronger Missouri security forces," Chinese President Xi Jinping said in a speech from his vacation home in Hainan. "However, we can and should support moderate forces who can bring stability to America. So we will continue to pursue a broader strategy that empowers Americans to confront this crisis."

Xi's comments were widely taken as an indication that China would begin arming moderate factions in Missouri, in the hopes of overpowering rogue regime forces and preventing extremism from taking root. An unknown number of Kurdish peshmerga military "advisers" have traveled to the region to help provide security. Gun sales have been spiking in the US since the crisis began.

Analysts warn the violence could spread toward oil-producing regions such as Oklahoma or even disrupt the flow of American beer supplies, some of the largest in the world, and could provide a fertile breeding ground for extremists. Though al-Qaeda is not known to have yet established a foothold in Missouri, its leaders have previously hinted at assets there.........

......Though Ferguson's streets remained quiet on Friday, a palpable sense of tension and uncertainty hung in the air. A Chinese Embassy official here declined to comment but urged all parties to exhibit restraint and respect for the rule of law. In Moscow, Kremlin planners were said to be preparing for a possible military intervention should political instability spread to the nearby oil-producing region of Texas..........

The strangest story you will read today

Only in America will you find such nutty nuts.
Although the names of the company owners are not given,  I am gonna bet, based on a reference to a statue of Buddha, that they are either Japanese (the nuclear bomb has played havoc with their DNA) or Hindu (they believe in and worship everything under the sun).

From Reuters:
U.S. sues N.Y. company that workers say made them pray, say 'I love you'
A federal agency sued a New York customer service provider on Wednesday after allegations the company forced employees to pray, thank God for their jobs and say "I love you" to managers and colleagues at work, and fired those who protested.

The Long Island-based United Health Programs of America and its parent company, Cost Containment Group, required workers to practice a spiritual belief system called Onionhead while on the job, in violation of their civil and religious rights, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said in the complaint.

The company fired several employees who refused to adhere to the Onionhead doctrine, which was created by the aunt of the company's owner, the complaint said.

In one case, an IT project and account manager was disciplined after she complained to management in 2010 that she was Catholic and did not want to participate in the spiritual activities, according to the complaint.

A month after she complained, the employee was removed from her office and relocated to an open customer service area, while a large statue of a Buddha was placed in her former office. She protested to the owner that the move amounted to a demotion and was fired, the complaint said.........
