India and Pakistan trade blame over shelling  across disputed Kashmir border
Leaders in India and Pakistan traded blame Thursday for cross-border attacks that officials said have killed at least 18 civilians in recent days and forced thousands from their homes.
Villagers in the disputed Kashmir region have fled an unusually intense spate of mortar shelling that has gone on for more than a week along the border, one of the most highly militarized zones in the world. It is some of the worst violence between the nuclear-armed neighbors since a 2003 cease-fire..........

From EuroNews:
Scuffles in Kyiv over prisoners held in east Ukraine
Tensions have spilled over in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv over the issue of prisoners still held by pro-Russian separatists in the war-torn east, despite a ceasefire agreement which calls for their release.
Guards intervened to stop demonstrators demanding their freedom from reaching the presidential administration building.

Some of the protesters had wider concerns.
“We demand that the president listen to us. We demand an investigation and punishment for those who killed people during (last winter’s) Maidan protests. We demand that the army get proper supplies, not just promises,” said demonstrator Olexiy Batyuta.
Despite the ousting of the former government under ex-president Yanukovych, mistrust of the authorities remains high.
At one point the crowd turned angry, believing a provocateur was among them intent on causing trouble.
Some 1,340 Ukrainian prisoners have been freed under the ceasefire but the authorities say more than 600 are still being held by separatists.
The rebels claim they are seeking the release of around 400 from their side.....

Hah!  This will hasten the civil war in Turkey which has been lurking in the wings for the last many months.
From AnadoluAgency:
Turkey has agreed to support a train and equip program for moderate Syrian fighters Turkey to support train-equip Syrian opposition, says US
as part of its commitment to the U.S.-led coalition against ISIL, according to the U.S.

"We are looking for a Department of Defense planning team traveling to Ankara next week to continue planning through military channels," said Marie Harf, a State Department spokeswoman.

Gen. John Allen, the U.S. special envoy to the coalition, and his deputy, Ambassador Brett McGurk, are in Ankara to meet with Turkish Deputy Chief of Defense General Yasar Guler and NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg..........

From BBC:
The UN special envoy to Syria   has warned that up to 700 people, mainly elderly, are still trapped in the Syrian border town of Kobane.

Staffan de Mistura also urged Turkey to allow in volunteers to Syria to defend the town from Islamic State militants.
There are reports that IS has taken control of the Kurdish headquarters in the town, but this has been denied by a Syrian Kurdish official there.
Kobane has been a major battleground for IS and the Kurds for three weeks.

The fighting has forced hundreds of thousands of Syrians, mainly Kurds, to flee into neighbouring Turkey, which has so far ruled out any ground operation on its own against IS.........

Wow! See how quickly EU military initiative is launched to save Muslims in CAR

Does anybody need any more proof of how there is a concerted effort to let Christians die at Muslim hands but to never let Muslims suffer even by even one little iota at the hands of hated Christians?

EU Consilium document:
.....EU military operation in the Central African Republic
launched

The Council today launched an EU military operation to contribute to a secure
environment in the Central African Republic, as authorised by the UN Security Council in
resolution 2134 (2014).
EUFOR RCA is to provide temporary support in achieving a safe and secure environment
in the Bangui area, with a view to handing over to a UN peacekeeping operation or to
African partners. The force will thereby contribute both to international efforts to protect
the populations most at risk and to the creation of the conditions for providing
humanitarian aid. EUFOR RCA will operate in Bangui and in the capital's airport.

The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of
the Commission, Catherine Ashton, said: “The launch of this operation demonstrates the
EU’s determination to take full part in international efforts to restore stability and security
in Bangui and right across the Central African Republic. It forms a key part of our
comprehensive approach to solving the huge challenges faced by the Central African
Republic. I’d like to thank all the Member States and non-EU countries which are working
together to make this operation a success. It is vital that there is a return to public order as
soon as possible, so that the political transition process can be put back on track.” .......

Nigerian Christians are a bunch of useless pussies

Warning:  This is a naughty, raunchy song.

Isn't it  time Nigerian Christians stopped being pussies and learn something from their brothers in CAR on how to deal with Muslim atrocities. Don't expect the corrupt  govt. to help you. Defend yourselves.

From APNews:
Witnesses and an official say angry Muslim youths set ablaze a Catholic church and tried to destroy an attached school in northern Nigeria over an alleged insult to the Prophet Muhammad.
Witness Tukur Musa says soldiers on Monday stopped the mob from setting ablaze the school in Funtua town in Katsina state, but they arrived too late to save St. Rita Catholic Church.....

From VOANews:
....Amnesty International:   1,500 Nigerians Killed in Boko Haram Violence in 2014.
Amnesty International said 1,500 people have been killed this year in an escalating armed conflict between Boko Haram insurgents and Nigerian security forces.  Amnesty said more than half the victims were civilians.

From NationalOnLineEnglish:
...President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday turned the blamed for the raging insurgency in the Northeast on the governors in the zone.
He said they, more than anyone else, should take responsibility for the reign of terror imposed by members of the Islamist sect, Boko Haram on Adamawa, Borno and Yobe States.
Jonathan, who spoke at the Northeast zonal rally of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bauchi, said it was a shame for the governors to shift the blame for the insecurity on the Federal Government.
“It is shameful for a governor who has stayed in power in his state for up to six years or more to come to me and talk about bad leadership when you have youth in your state, more than half of whom have not attended primary school and you are doing nothing about it,” he said.....

CAR Muslims take refuge in Catholic church ... would Christians have been afforded the same courtesy in a mosque?

I don't think so!  Muslims don't even allow their own Muslim women access to their mosques, and even when they do they have to sit in the back or hidden away in a cellar-like enclosure.

I used to think that the backlash on the blood-thirsty Muslims would begin in Russia. What a surprise that it has started from CAR,  the heart of Africa. Nigeria's Christians  will soon follow in the CAR Christian footsteps as they too have been suffering for years from Muslim atrocities and I am sure by now their patience has run out.  We are seeing the backlash now from the first  two countries ... Myanmar and CAR. What was bound to happen ... has happened, although not in the countries we expected it to happen.

And, again I ask the question: Why are jihadis from the Muslim diaspora in the West who were lightening quick to make their way to Syria, not finding their way to CAR?  Hah! Black-skinned Muslims are expendable,  aren't they dear muzzies?

From AlJazeera:
....Hundreds of Muslims are seeking refuge in a Catholic Church in the Central African Republic town of Carnot following the killing of at least 70 people in the country's remote southwest.

The Muslims fled to the church after Christian fighters known as the anti-Balaka attacked Guen, about 100km away, earlier this month, said Catholic priest, Father Rigobert Dolongo.

Dolongo told the Associated Press news agency on Monday that he helped bury the bodies of those killed.

At least 27 people were slain in the first day of the attack, while 43 others were killed on the second day, he said.

Ibrahim Aboubakar, 22, said the anti-Balaka stormed Guen and killed his two older brothers after they were heard speaking in Arabic.

"Later that day they rounded up dozens of people and forced them all to lie down on their stomachs. Then they shot them one by one," he said from the church.

Those Muslims still in Guen appealed by telephone for African peacekeepers in Carnot to rescue them, according to two Muslim residents who insisted on anonymity because they feared for their lives.

They also confirmed the heavily armed anti-Balaka were still in control of the village on Tuesday.

However, the local commander for the peacekeeping mission said he needed permission from his supervisors in the capital, Bangui, to go to Guen.....

I wonder why the non-black jihadis are not flocking to CAR to help their co-religionists ...

could it be that black Muslims are less worthy than non-black Muslims?  There's nothing more hypocritical than the book of islam and those following it.  Truly vomit inducing.

Black skinned Muslims are considered to be slaves by other Muslims and as such they are expendable.
If you don't believe me watch this and read this.

How satisfying to see that non-black Christians of the world are being shown by the largely uneducated black Christians of CAR how to fight a war against Muslims!  My hat's off and stays off for CAR's Christian soldiers.  Way to go brothers!  Someone hits you on your right cheek, hit him back on both cheeks and everywhere too.  Beautiful!!

 Sudarsan Raghavan writing at WashingtonPost:
....Town in the Central African Republic braces for war  between Christians and Muslims.
Heavily armed Muslim soldiers from the former Seleka rebel movement control this town, patrolling and manning checkpoints. On the outskirts, Christian militias have set up camp, determined to seize power.

“We’re worried that the two groups are about to attack each other,” said Daniel Gbele, a U.N. worker.

Tensions between the country’s Christian majority and Muslim minority have fueled violence in the capital, Bangui, and other areas in recent months. But here in the north, a parallel conflict over resources, wealth and territory is emerging. U.N. officials and human rights activists are concerned that Kaga Bandoro and other northern towns could soon become frontlines and humanitarian disaster zones, potentially dividing the poor but mineral-rich nation.

“This is our fear,” Aboud Dieng, the top U.N. humanitarian official for the Central African Republic, said during a recent visit to this town. “The Seleka say they will try to partition the country. This is a very important part of the country where they may be trying to establish a stronghold to control the rest of the country.”

Kaga Bandoro straddles the edge of the country’s remote northeast region, where Muslims are a majority and the Seleka rebel movement was born.

In March, Seleka rebels from the north seized power in a coup, installing their leader, Michel Djotodia, as the country’s first Muslim president. The rebels brutally targeted Christians, killing hundreds and forcing several hundred thousand from their homes. That triggered the creation of Christian militias known as the anti-Balaka — translated as “anti-machete” in the local Sango language — which attacked Muslim communities.

The balance of power shifted again last month when Djotodia resigned under pressure from regional powers. In disarray, the Seleka fighters began leaving the capital and other areas where they had gained control.

In recent weeks, the anti-Balaka Christian militias have taken over numerous towns, villages and neighborhoods. They have attacked Muslim communities and forced tens of thousands to flee their homes and the country. On Wednesday, Amnesty International said in a statement that the assaults on Muslims amounted to ethnic cleansing......
