Book: Shepherd's Sight: A Farming Life
Author: Barbara McLean
A lovely book that I have given 5*s at Goodreads although the author's constant fixation with her age was pretty annoying. Every 5 pages I had to read "as I grow old" or "old age is here" or "as I decline" etc.
Learned a whole lot. Never knew what a "cast" ewe was until I read about it. Had to google the various names of flowers and plants to see the images as I had never heard of them until now.
