Some strange madness has taken over judges.....

and not just those maddies in Canada.  In Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court seems to have the  nuttiest of the  lot. These yahoos have decreed that one does not need to show one is a citizen to register for voting. You really cannot make this stuff up.  Beyond belief.  Have some aliens already landed on planet Earth and are they injecting some "loony" juice in people who are suppose to know better?   What's going on? 

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned Arizona’s requirement that people show proof of citizenship to register to vote.

The split decision by a three-judge panel determined that the requirement to show proof of citizenship — passed by voters in 2004 — is not consistent with the National Voter Registration Act..........
