Rob Ford's opponent all in a twitter

How can George Smitherman expect a city full of immigrants who come here with their families and their deep family values from countries like China, India, Sri Lanka,  Iran,  the Middle East and other Asian countries to understand his homosexuality and in fact to celebrate it?   It is ludricrous, especially when you see that we have many moslems here who are already 2nd and 3rd generation and yet still have cavemen mentality.  How can George Smitherman think that his homosexuality should not be a question of his eligibility or a hinderance to his winning the election. In Asian countries, a man does not marry another man and neither does a woman marry another woman. It is unheard of.  Is it any wonder that ads have sprung up in some of the Asian community media to inform people of his sexuality?  He should have been expecting such a move and I am amazed it did not happen sooner.

Moreover, it's downright silly of Smitherman to think that Rob Ford should be "strongly condemning the tactic."   Which planet is this man living on. How would Rob Ford have the clout to tell immigrant communities what not to say about Smitherman ?
