The German blogger running the Moon of Alabama website, a political anti-war blog I often visit, has converted to the religion of Covid like so many other herebefore sane and sober bloggers. Oh well! Just like religion, any religion, brainwashes followers, many intelligent folks are fervently believing that this virus is far more dangerous than it actually happens to be and that whatever draconian measures the government decrees, is in the best interest of the population. Sad... but there you have it. There are those of us who think freedom is more important than dying of this disease and then there are those who think it's okay to live a life under dictatorship and tyranny, as long as we are able to breathe, no matter how foul the air emitting from those who want to control us body and soul.

I don't like the https://www.newsmax.com/ Newsmax website which has plenty of news on the 2020 election and Trump and that's coz that website is full of propaganda and fake stories about socialist nations. That's the major issue I have with the American right-wing....its non-acceptance of socialism. The other party too uses these propaganda tricks on the same socialist countries, as and when convenient... so it's by no means only a right-wing default.
