Beverly Hills mansion reduced from 165 M to 95 M. and yet no takers? Condominiums from 600K reduced to 200K .... and nobody's biting in Fort Myers, Florida. Want a distressed property in Tallahassee? You can get a great looking one for even under $50k. Unbelievable eh?!
Here are luxury properties reduced to less than half their value at the time of this writeup in 2008 and chances are they have gone down even more.
Look at the Ten cities for real estate steals, if you have a mind for it, or check out the Ten cities facing lots of foreclosures and possibly rock bottom prices very soon.
And lastly read this before you go shopping for any tempting property in the USA that you might have your eye on.
However, not all houses are sold at a loss. Did you read the Amityville Horror House books and see the movie on paranormal events connected with the house? Scary stuff.... but then all stuff that we can't find a logical explanation for is nightmarish. Anyhow... the place is up for sale. A little over 1 M and the sellers will most likely walk away with a profit.
