And ... we have the cheek to continue with our usual mantra of "Canada is the greatest country in the world, it's so much into freedom of speech and individual opinions, blah, blah, blah.....
Now ... if this was somehow a cartoon showing one of the guys USA and her lead lapdog Canada, loves to hate, then what are the bets that that cartoonist would have got a raise and perhaps even a promotion?
Canada has flung away its moral compass somewhere in the many, many swamps down south.

Michael de Adder has been released from his freelance contract with a
major Atlantic Canada newspaper chain soon after he drew a viral cartoon
that criticized Donald Trump using imagery of a father and daughter who
drowned trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border.
In a series of tweets on Sunday, de Adder, who is also a freelance contributor to the Toronto Star, said Brunswick News cancelled his contract shortly after he published the provocative image on his Twitter and Facebook pages and after two weeks in which he drew three cartoons about Trump — a topic he said he has typically avoided for fear of getting fired by the newspaper chain.
“2 went viral and the third went supernova and a day later I was let go,” the Halifax-based cartoonist wrote. “Overnight it was like I never worked for the paper. Make your own conclusions.”In a series of tweets on Sunday, de Adder, who is also a freelance contributor to the Toronto Star, said Brunswick News cancelled his contract shortly after he published the provocative image on his Twitter and Facebook pages and after two weeks in which he drew three cartoons about Trump — a topic he said he has typically avoided for fear of getting fired by the newspaper chain.
In a Sunday statement, the Brunswick News said the decision had nothing to do with Trump, saying de Adder had been let go following negotiations with a different cartoonist.\
