Did the United Kingdom of the Caliphate and Muslim prez Obama give their "okay" for rigging of this false flag in Syria?

If this chemical attack was done with their blessing, then I am willing to bet that the sarin gas incident which would have taken us into WW3, was also their work.  What ghouls we have for our leaders!
