Looks like Russia did not ready itself for the winter Olympics. They had 7 years to make ready and yet they failed. Corruption in the construction industry must be running high in Russia. If you hear of some big honchos related to the Sochi contracts dying in icy road accidents, you will know that Putin is fuming mad....and rightly so.
