Egypt's court recommends the dissolution of the Muslim Brotherhood

When did the governments of some countries, countries that we normally like to dislike,  become the brainiacs in the "commonsense" class and nations like the USA, UK, Canada, France and others, the countries we took for granted to be at the top of the class are now sitting on the very last bench looking befuddled and stupid?  When did it happen?  How could this phenomena just sneak up on us all, all of a sudden?  We didn't even blink once so how come this major change of a brand new group of "thinking" nations that we, if we want to be truthful,  simply can't avoid heaping praises upon?  Russia, China, Egypt .... all of a sudden ... doing and saying the right thing.  I am floored.

Sarah El Deeb of AP at CTVNews:
....A judicial official says a panel  of judges has recommended the dissolution of the Muslim Brotherhood, Egypt's largest political group, from which ousted President Mohammed Morsi hails.

The panel said Monday in a recommendation to Egypt's administrative court that the Brotherhood has operated in violation of the law.

The recommendation isn't binding to the court, which holds its next hearing on Nov. 12. It appears however a step closer to banning the group, whose legality was disputed even before Morsi's ouster.
The Brotherhood has been banned for most of its 85 years but operated widespread social networks. Facing a slew of court cases questioning its status and funding, it hastily registered in March as a civil association........

  1. The judges of Egypt seem to be a special breed.
And I mean that in a good way.
