Aw so sad! From the loving arms of the Canadian Left, RIGHT into jail in Germany!!!

The German government expressed relief Monday over the arrival in Munich of Karlheinz Schreiber, whose decade-long battle to avoid extradition on charges of fraud, corruption and tax evasion came to a halt over the weekend. "The German Government welcomes the extradition of Mr. Schreiber by the Canadian authorities," an official said in a statement sent by e-mail to Canwest News Service. "The federal state of Bavaria has tried for the extradition for years. The continuation of the criminal proceedings is now a matter of the Bavarian judiciary." The 75-year-old German-Canadian businessman and arms dealer arrived on an Air Canada flight Monday morning. He was escorted by airport police from the plane and then taken by limousine to a jail in the nearby Bavarian city of Augsburg in southern Germany to await trial, the Spiegel Online website reported.
