VICE Dispatch 28 on the Ukraine situation

The VICE videos showing up on YouTube are outdated by about 3/4 days.  This one was posted yesterday, but is related to events of  April 16.  
The late postings tell me that VICE is being gagged and censored by the powers-that-be that are funding VICE  because the delay in the posting could only be due to the material going through several approvals before the posting. 
*sigh*  Yet another herebefore factual journalistic arena  going down the drain.  Expect propaganda-like stuff  being spewed from VICE from now on.
