Muslim battle cry mural on Toronto building still not taken off? Has the office of the City of Toronto gone on an US-style shut-down and we haven't noticed?

Why are the City Councillors sleeping over this controversy?  Does it take this long to do the right thing?  If your dog made a mess in your living room, would you let the mess sit there and fester some more?  How long has it been now.  Almost a month?
