Protests in Brazil continue

If your government ignores the poverty you are suffering and instead wants to lay waste billions of dollars on hosting world cups and other shit .... then this is what happens.   The citizens have to be looked after first and above all ....only when they are at a certain "satisfaction level" should a country's govt. look to spreading its wealth on frivolous stuff like holding world sports events and sending aid to  beyond its borders.
