The proposed US Health Care Bill - and the question on euthanasia

Many patients' rights advocates are particularly apprehensive about Section 1233 and according to this article in Life News, page 425 also requires indepth understanding as "Congress would make it mandatory absolutely that every five years people in Medicare have a required counseling session," where "They will tell [them] how to end their life sooner."
