Lots of information below from an excellent blog "Point de Bascule Canada" on the recent conference "Reviving the Islamic Spirit" which was held in Toronto from Dec.27-29.  

It's amazing how the Canadian govt. allows speakers to come into the country and lecture Canadian Muslims on how to live their lives and how they have to change the Canadian society if they want to remain true to their religion. 

IMO, Tariq Ramadan is subtly telling Muslims to either do stealth jihad or outright jihad to get their way ... the islamic way.
