Evil incarnate in a blonde braid

Although the translation in the vid below is supposed to be accurate, I am still in doubt about the authenticity of it. We know how vids can be sliced and spliced and in so doing the meaning of the words can be made to look sinister. What did she say before the only two sentences as shown in the vid? What did she say after those two sentences?  However, if this woman has indeed conveyed that she is thankful for those who came to Odessa to commit  the Odessa massacre then she is one monstrous female who might wind up controlling Ukraine with ample help from the West.
